Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging and attach the prepaid shipping label provided via our portal to the outside of the box.

  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location, ensuring you keep a copy of the tracking number for your records.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
